Price/Value
Pretty good. Mine were $13.98 on Amazon.ca, while the same size from Rogue in Canada is $20.44.
Build Quality
Excellent. Material is solid, durable and stitching seems very strong.
Features
Plenty of strong elasticity to them and they’re almost indistinguishable from the Rogue equivalent.
The Ipow wrist straps were among the first items I bought for my Crossfit training and I immediately noticed a difference. These were $13.98 Canadian via Amazon.ca and I bundled it with a couple of other items to get free shipping – so it was certainly cheaper this way. Overall, these wrist straps are excellent quality. My only beef with them, which doesn’t really affect me, is that they are one size fits all. I have a relatively small wrist, and if my wrist was so much as another inch thicker around, the velcro on the straps wouldn’t allows these straps to connect. I’m not sure if Rogue would have the same issue or not, but that’s the only thing I can find that would be a bit of a factor from buyer to buyer. They have a solid feel to them, really good quality stitching, a good amount of stretch, and the velcro on the strap is holding up quite well (this after 4 months of regular use at least twice a week or so).
What don’t I like?
One size fits all may not fit all
I’m not that big a guy, and I do find these a little on the small side. If I was bigger, I would absolutely have trouble wearing these without stretching them enough to put my circulation at risk. Rogue offers multiple sizes, whereas iPow did not – at least not within a product page via Amazon.ca where I bought them. What I did find after the fact though is that they do offer multiple sizes, but they are listed as separate products, so you have to look at each one and view the specs to separate the sizes from one another. And not all sizes have the same colors. Red was 18.5 inches, and grey was 19.4 inches, for example. And there is no sizing chart provided. And you have to look at the stiffness in the model too, as there are differences there as well.
Be prepared to wash them
If you sweat during a workout, any sweat running down your arms is going to get soaked up into your wrist wraps. So be prepared to wash them and/or air dry them frequently.
